​Cancellations by Participant:

• ​7+ days before the event: Full refund or credit toward a future circle.

• ​Within 7 days but more than 24 hours before the event: Credit toward a future circle (no refund).

• ​Less than 24 hours before the event or no-show: Non-refundable and non-transferable.

​Cancellations by the Host:

• ​If the event is cancelled by the host, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future circle.
